Real-Time Blacklists (RBL) are instrumental in fighting spam. Blacklists register mail servers that send out mail that's considered spam. The lists are shared with the rest of the world via DNS. When your server is on one of these lists, your mail will stop being accepted on many servers. The problem is, you can get on one of these lists really easily. In some cases, a single complaining user is enough, and there are many lists out there.
Make sure that you are not listed on any of these blacklists, and get your report from us.
